Sal
The island of Sal owes its name to the exploitation of its salt, is the main tourist hub of the archipelago due to the presence of Espargos International Almicar Cabral airport, entry point of the world in the archipelago of Cape Verde, and the white sand beach of Santa Maria, on which stand the major resorts.
Cape Verde
Cape Verde is an archipelago in the north of the Atlantic Ocean. Its natural heritage, that is formed by an alternation of virgin beaches with white sand, desserts and green valleys, makes Cape Verde a unique, exotic and natural destination.
Cape Verde formed by 10 island of volcanic origin, located 500 km from the Senegalese coast in the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean along northern Africa. It was Portuguese colony but it became independent on 5 July 1975. The natural heritage of this archipelago has been recently discovered for tourism even the place is full of white beaches without contamination, desserts and valleys of intense green.
