Boa Vista
Boa Vista

The third largest island of the archipelago. It stands out for being the closest to Africa and therefore has the most tropical climate. Bathed by an emerald sea and white sand, Boa Vista is a city inhabited by a variety of endangered animal species that find a safe habitat in its waters. The University of Las Palmas is responsible for protecting turtles, which can be seen when they prepare to lay eggs. In addition, the whales come to these areas during the period from December to June. The capital, Sal Rei, is an old port and offers the best entertainment where you can enjoy caipirinha, grog, beer and local music.
